I personally like and use the Borg & Beck discs and pads. Excellent quality and much preferred over the OE LR parts too! 2014 Metropolis in Loire Blue

OEM components are usually a compromise between function and cost because profit is in the total value of the vehicle. Aftermarket parts can be specced for better performance at a higher price, or specced for a cheaper price. I put REMSA pads (and discs, IIRC) on my Freeo a few years ago, been very satisfied with braking performance and wear. HTH MY11 SD4 SE Auto |

I used Britpart XS (OEM quality) discs and EBC pads - no issues. Jules |

As above, im about to fit these borg and beck discs and pads to the rear of my freel 2.

Simon, thanks, I was asking out of curiosity. Very happy with Mintex on my zDisco,s and will get Mintex for the Freelander2.

Can you post up part numbers for these discs and pads please Richie, assuming they went on your 2014 model with EPB? Mine is March 2013 |
