There's a set of Xenon headlamp units going on ebay for 340 inc. postage.

I'm assuming it is not just as simple of buying these and unclipping my standard ones and replacing with these? What more would be needed?

not that simple I'm afraid. The xenons dont come on properly, I think they just flicker?? not an easy fix  At work
