Well I'm on my 9th, so I might just manage 1 more – before the DVLA takes my licence away! Zermatt Silver LR2 i6

Also on number 9. In vehicle age order:

1) Series 3 (79)
2) Disco 1 V8 (99)
3) Freelander 1 Td4 Manual (04)
4) Freelander 1 Td4 Auto (05)
5) Disco 3 SE (06)
6) Defender 90 2.4 Truck Cab (07)
7) Disco 3 SE (0Cool
Cool Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto (09
9) Defender 90 XS Station Wagon (10)

The only ones that were our "main" car are the two Disco 3s. Everything else has been either work related, or bought to do the dirty jobs you don't want to do in a nice car, like going shooting and sticking three stinking, cold and wet labradors in the boot, or towing a livestock trailer out of the pig pen. Current driveway contents:
2021 V60 Cross Country B5
2009 FL2 dog bus and shooting wagon

On Order: 2023 Fisker Ocean Ultra - deposit paid.

Is the U shaped chrome effect plastic trim that is on the bottom and sides of the grill available separately does anyone know? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

no its not AFAIK,

I know people on here have sprayed the whole grill gloss black and then used a stick on beaded chrome strip to give the same effect. Not sure how long it would stay stuck

or you could spray the area of the strip in silver, mask it over, then spray the rest of the grill whatever colour you please.

Shame, mine is discolouring and would love to replace it. Ideally I'd do the centre gloss black but would love to retain the factory look. Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948
