iOS key programming

Does anyone know of an iOS OBD app that allows key programming?
Have been given a generic bluetooth connector but unsure which (if any) apps will allow a key to be programmed.

I am aware that the Autel units can do this, can anyone confirm if their app will work with a generic OBD reader or is it locked to the Autel reader only?

I believe autel only works with it's app and vice versa.

Thanks for the info.
Also discovered that the dongle I have is bluetooth 2.0 so incompatible with iOS anyway, will try some of the windows options on the laptop otherwise will probably just spring for the Autel dongle.
