LOW OIL pressure after oil filter change Bulletin

just helping a guy out on another forum that had lost oil pressure after changing oil filter.
Seen many queries regarding this topic.
I have finally found a technical bulletin I had on an old PC I was clearing down.
Hopefully it may help someone.
May be good as a sticky ? Jaguar x-type sport gone
