all later swifts come with led lights as standard. you don,t get an option. probably the same on all late model caravans.

Bobupndown is rebuilding a trailer and had a mind to fit LED lighting rather than specifying a Swift caravan with incandescent bulbs. Very Happy

I believe Bailey dabbled with LED before giving owners experiencing LED problems the option to have their primary road light converted to incandescents and then shelving LED in favour of incandescent for stop, turn, tail, reverse and fog lights. (High level brake and amber side marker lights are still LED I think).

Costly mistake no doubt.

On a connected note. Iv,e got led rear indicator bulbs on the fl2. Bought from a French company called ledperf. Got a couple of resistors from ebay, wired in parallel. Flash rate unchanged and better light output. Passed all mot,s no problem. Might get round to the fronts sometime as iv,e got a couple of extra resistors.
