Erg valve cooler engine management fault

I have a 2014 freelander 2 sd4 auto and have replaced the egr valve with the genuine landrover part about 1 month ago and yesterday anengine management fault came up on the dash, on investigation it looks like there is an issue with the egr cooler actuator, I have enclosed a screen shot for info, the fault has been cleared with an autel laptop
