JA41 - sounds like a mobile fitter so hope the £485 includes balancing, valves and disposal. It would be well worthwhile getting the tracking checked when spending that sort of money. MY 09 GS manual in Lago Grey, Wood Co arm rest and side bumper strips - now sold.

No, long established local tyre company I have known for over 50 years.
Firstly as suppliers to company and then personally after retirement.
A bit of negotiation can be successful anywhere. Jim A

These Pirelli tyres are £447 for 4 fully fitted at Formulea One Auto Centre at the moment, and probably about 4.5% off that price if you go through Topcashback

CED, Formula one centre price for similar is way beyond my deal. Accept different types of Verde tyres.
Also their nearest depot is Darwen , Lancs.
Very long way from me.
Good to get the comments, thanks Jim A

My car came to me with Scorpion Zero All round plus a Chinese brand new spare.
Ran them down to 3 mm.
Never go off road but live in cold wet country area.Eventually decided on Scorpion Verde All Season, sold the Chinese and kept the best Zero as a spare.
There are Scorpion Zero, Scorpion Zero All Season, Scorpion Verde and Scorpion Verde All Season.!!! and the guides are not much help.
The ones I went for are 107 load and V speed rate, and JLR approved whatever that means.
I used to find my steering a little light and the new tyres do seem to have weighted things up a bit - stiffer sidewalls?
price reasonable at about £120 each fully fitted. I used E Tyres and it worked very well.

So far so good. TBH if you go for a premium brand then you won't go wrong. Tyres aren't the thing to penny pinch on.

Was starting to think I had made a mistake with the Scorpion Verde All Season as there was substantial increase in noise. However MOT revealed a worn OSF wheel bearing. Now changed all is quiet again. Coincidence it occurred just after I renewed the tyres. Really surprising how noise transfers around the vehicle . FL2 SD4 XS 2013 Orkney Grey

Not if you stuff it full of acoustic insulation. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

Have had the Scorpion Verde Landrover s on now for a few weeks. They really are extremely quiet on the road.
Just have to wait and see what the thw winter brings. We do get snow from time to time and I stay up on a hill with a hard turn off the main road onto a local rd again uphill .
Do not expect any problems. Jim A

I’m convinced that even traveling with the load cover over makes the car quieter, even without a load in there.
