Excellent topic and post; when I did my front struts I should have done this as my fan has a wee bit of a whine under hard deceleration and when cold for about three minutes. If work slows down, I will pull the wipers and remove the window to engine cover and spray some lube in there. |

Lol............you know I have to do this now Paul! Thanks much. My fan is only "noisy" in sub zero temps and under hard deceleration.

I have a 2013 facelift FL2. The blower motor is very, very hard to get to. Apparently it involves removing the dash. Can someone confirm? It has started to squeak intermittently. |

I've never looked closely at a 2013 but it is unlikely that Land Rover changed the way air flows in the vehicle.
