United Kingdom 2007 Freelander 2 i6 HSE Auto Santorini Black
My starting problem.

Fob in push start button engine cranks splitters then fails to tick over. Several attempts same thing.

Walk away lock it up get a drink come back, bingo.

It does this every time I push the button a bit too quick after docking the fob. This happened on my first i6, but that would tick over but really lumpy.
This i6, second one, I have to leave it for 5mins while it untangles its knickers and gets its dummy back.
Anyone know why it happens?

I'm assuming the ECU doesn't like it being cranked early?
