2012 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Fuji White

Fuse Power Supply Question

Guys,
I'm about to fit a dashcam to my 2012 FL2.
Trying to pick a fuse that only comes on with ignition.
Testing with multimeter, it appears that most in the passenger compartment fuse box have power with ignition off and key out.
F5 shouldn't have a fuse, but it has a 10A and only comes on with ignition. Probably use this one.
Will likely use F21 for permanent live.
Any thoughts on the above?
