Freelander 2 Front Brake Caliper Pin Bushes - two types?

I have just changed the front brake caliper pin bushes on my 2011 Freelander XS TD4. At 10 years old but relatively recently new discs and pads, I have been getting some strange noises, so I suspected the rubber bushes which I understand can wear and stiffen with age.

Strange think is that when I removed them I found on each side that I had one bush (bottom) that was all rubber (marked with part number ATE 8171-0021) and one bush at the top mostly rubber but with a nylon insert (marked with part number ATE 8171-00612). I have owned the car since new and am not aware that they have ever been changed.

The bushes I bought on ebay and have fitted (sold as equivalent to LR000751) are all rubber.

Any one know if the ones with nylon insert are any better than the all rubber ones?

If I order the genuine LR000751 (which I think come in a pack of two), what do I get? One of each type? OR both 100% rubber?
