As a serial lurker on here and bemused but proud owner of our near on 300k ‘La Cucaracha’ 2007 SE which I’ve posted about, I’m looking to add more joy to our driveway with a newer model. Ours looks like it will be coming for sale in 8 weeks when a new car arrives in Sept
it was promoted to main car (only car!) in May when we sold the previous Main car

some pics in my gallery, its a 2013 GS manual with 116k (more like 118k by sept?), 1 previous owner, who we know, full history, Heated leather seats with arm rests, heated front screen, F&R pdc's, clutch replaced under warranty at 50k by L/R, pair new Wranglers just fitted to front, full size spare, towbar and twin elecs (was for my bike trailer but does pull the tintent well) bluetooth for phone, 2 keys, aircon, cruise.
You can see from my posts what work has been done, All fluids changed gearbox/diff/ect, brake pads F&R 6k ago,
Haldex serviced fully.
Its never done any short journeys previous owner had a 45 mile each way commute and we never do short trips.
If we were to keep the car it would be getting the belt service and MOT done end of Nov (8 years I know )
Price to reflect this, so if you do the work yourself your better off and no worse off if you take it to a garage, you then get to choose which garage as well. (theres no Law that says you have to do it then either!!!)
Price is going to be £7000 and that can be subject to a new MOT if need be.
Intend to place it for sale mid August

I looked on WBAC recently and input my cars details, 2013 HSE SD4, excellent condition with FMDSH until last month and they offered me £13K for it. I would imagine if I had of taken their offer it would have ended up on forecourt somewhere with something like £14995 in the windscreen. 2007 TD4 XS The work horse that earns its up keep (Now gone)

Prices are crazy at the moment, evrything going beyond book at trade as there's a supply issue. I've literally ust sold my 2019 BMW for 4K more than I was offered in January!
