Clarksons farm

Has anyone been watching it? I think it's hilarious at times and also quite interesting. I wasn't that hopeful about the show but it has actually exceeded my expectations so far (just watched episode 3).

Me and SWMBO called in at his farm shop back in April during a weekend break in Stratford-Upon-Avon and bought a few items. Needles to say there were some amusing things in the shop such as milk being labelled as cow juice, honey as bee juice and scented candles which said on the tin This smells like my b***ocks Laughing LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

I found it entertaining , fairly true to real farming in part

The guys on the farming forum have mostly agreed.

He has along way to go before farming it, real style.
Needs more grain storage, machinery storage,a workshop and a proper store for farm chemicals

But few farmers have got enough of those items ,they are all on the to do list. At work

Clarksons farm shop is creating chaos on the roads around here. Mostly at weekends with fans parking on the main road and walking to the farm shop. The police had to turn them back the other weekend.

We thought it would be another of Clarksons “look at me being a Pratt, but superior” efforts, but in fact we enjoyed it and it did show (mostly) that farming isn’t just planting, waiting, harvesting……in our the family there is 4K acres of Norfolk to farm, and virtually everyone thought it did more good than harm for sure.

I wonder if he will do a second season/series and start getting really serious? Regards

David
