It a direct fit no modding needed. And yes replaces the whole unit |

You may want to upgrade the roof rails. Australian roads break roof racks.

Makes sense what you did on the thread. Will look into doing something similar and strengthen the attachment points. Rack does need a little more modding to sit where i want it. |

Not sure what wiper was supplied on your model but normal UK Freelanders have a fairly simple black wiper arm and blade as standard, not something I'd feel the need to change? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

I just wasnt a fan of the look of it and prefer a clean look at the rear of the car. And i am always tinkering and thinking of parts from other cars that could work as well. Like the side indicator protectors are off a defender. |
