Diff removal

Hello all, I'm new to this forum, I'm looking for some help on how to remove the rear prop cv from the recessed flange on the Haldex. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Simon

Try typing 'Diff Removal' into the search box. You'll be sure to find what you are looking for. Thumbs Up

On my Evoque, I had to lower one of the diff mountings and lower the diff and then it just fell out. You’ll need the wheels off the ground and the body supported on stands though. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

Present: Audi A3 S Line.

Hi Sraggy
There's a good YouTube vid (think its Russian) taking the complete diff and haldex out.
If you grab the the large piece of the driveshaft (next to the diff) with some footprints or large mole grips, you can then tap the grips with a hammer and remove the shaft that way. Now at the point when I learn something new something old is lost out the other side !
Now retired so it doesn't matter anymore.
Freelander now gone.
