Torque settings

Just about to change timing belt on my 2012 sd4 can anybody give me the torque settings for crank pulley, idler and tensioner please.

The torque settings are here.



You're best bet is to follow the LR belt replacement instructions. You'll need the timing/locking tools, and a full belt kit which should come with the water pump and a new pulley bolt.
I'm sure the Gates kit contains everything you need, including fitting information. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Soon to be sold.

As above

Serpentine belt tensioner 35ft lbs 48 nm
Serpentine idler 35 ft lbs 48 nm

Timing belt tensioner 25 nm
Timing idler bearing 60 nm

Water pump 17 nm

Crankshaft position sensor 7 nm

Crankshaft bolt torque 52 ft lbs 70nm + 60* degrees (using torque angle gauge)
