Both Remote Central Locking Keys Stopped Working

I had a small scratch on the drivers side rear arch sorted at my local body shop yesterday.

Now I can't open or lock the car via either of my two remotes.

Is there something the body shop could have done?

Can I perform a reset?

Any help much appreciated.

Very strange but I would try disconnecting the battery for half an hour and see if that sorts it.

An FL2 manual I have shows that there is an ‘rf receiver’ in the area around the (UK) drivers side rear wheel arch. Perhaps it or it’s wiring have become disconnected or damaged. If both keys don’t elicit a response it must be the car.

Corroded receiver and wiring was the problem.

Just happened to happen after some body work.

Hi. Was it the receiver in the sealing just over the back seat, or is it some other electronics?
