Hope that you are all doing fine!
I know that this case might have been already done but as I am a french dude, my vocabulary had limits
I have been looking around the forum but I am facing some hard time to fully understand some terms/words used.

Here is my problem, if some of you could somehow help me, it would so kind.

When I drive or try to park, my steering wheel is HARD and I cannot turn It on the right.
I had already changed the fluid filter several times and flushed the fluid.
I am always buying the fluid at LR dealer shop And haven't used anything else.

As I had check the filter, it is actually clean... trying to find the issue.

Could it be the pump itself? Or as I red, the "rack"?
As I can hear noise coming from the pump and loud whining when i turn the wheel fully on the left side.

Looking forward for your help and advices!

I will finally change my steering rack, but I wanted to be sure of the serial number / EOM.
Anyone can me help out with it?
Ps. My LR2 is a left handed as I am from France!
