2013 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Baltic Blue

Strange cruise control issue

Normally the cruise control on my 12 plate SD4 works fine, ie once set it stays active until cancelled. So if I need to brake for any reason I can then press Resume and it kicks in again.

However, on a few occasions, after using the brakes, it drops out and I need to reset it. Is this common? Can I do anything about it? Ian.

Resume works only above 20 mph.

True. However I'm talking about main road speeds ie 50 -60 mph. The warning light on the dash goes out as well so I have to start from scratch. Ian.
