How about - "Drive it like you stole it"? Everyone can spread it - Anyone can catch it. Stay home - the life you save can be your own!

Next update will be - All those involved were eventually apprehended. They were already known to the police with a string of driving offences going back several years. No further action was taken due to "lack of evidence".
Isn't this what usually happens these days.

^ A strong possibility in these circumstances. Arrest them and bring them in and watch as a defence solicitor advises them to go no comment. Can you prove my client was driving the car? No, I thought not.

One of the big evidential problems with driving offences. If it's a pursuit and police witness the driver then that's a different ball game or in this instance if the driver could be identified from anyone's dashcam footage or CCTV. LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

I read recently that 2/3 of uninsured drivers, have no also VED and often no licence and are also involved in criminal activity (eg theft, drugs etc). I would think the scumbags above would easily fit into that group. Jules
