The Bluetooth has packed up I’ve been told that a newer model will fit just wanted to know if it’s a plug and play or have the pins location changed at all

The modules should fit exactly the same way, but you need to make sure you buy a later module, or you'll not be able to sync a newer modern phone. There's a date on the module to the bottom right of the large white sticker. The later the date, the better, and ISTR you can use the modules from the Jaguar too as they are the same. (Volvo and Ford too). Steer well clear from early dates.
