Strange noise when going slow.

Hello people can anyone help me out I have a rubbing/grinding noise on my freelander 2 it only happens when I go slow if I speed up the noise disappears.

Any help will be much appreciated.

PS It's not something simple like debris rubbing against brake disc, is it? FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

It’s an xs td4 128k miles, last mot had new front disc and pads but not on rear. Sounds like the noise is coming from the rear of the car.
