Due to poor maintenance and a lot of use admittedly, my drivers door check strap has start grinding itself open and shut putting huge pressures on the bolt attaching it to the A pillar.
How difficult is it to access this inside the drivers door in order to change it?
I have a .pdf copy of the full LR Repair Manual but this part is not listed, only the torque necessary to do up the bolts on it.
Has any one changed this part or spotted it when doing other work inside the drivers' door?
Don't want to disassemble the drivers door card to find it's not accessible...
