Do you have a handbook? You know, you could find there all your answers.
If you don't have one, you can download it from here....

Its all in your owners manual.
If you are doing any DIY Id advise downloading the free JLR workshop manual - search the forum for it.

Whether its an automatic or manual is irrelevant to your question as that does not affect which oils the front (aka PTU) and rear diffs use.

rear diff LR003156 0.75L Castrol EPX 80W90 GL5,
transfer case / PTU LR 0003137 0.75L Castrol BOT 118/95+75W90,

I use Smith & Allan oils
Geartech EP 80w90
Smith & Allan FS75w-90 Jules

Thats for the Rear diff. The PTU used different oil.

You need different oils for the:
Engine
PTU
Autobox
Haldex unit
Rear Diff

After a while you end up with quite a collection of oils on your garage shelf Smile Jules

I would recommend changing, Automatic fluid, before 80,000. 3309 fluid.

I use S&A's Momentum FS C1 5w-30 oil for the engine, Geartech FS 75w-90 for the PTU , Geratech EP80w-90 for the rear diff and Transguard LV ATF (JWS 3324) for the autobox.

Haldex oil, I originally got from Bell as part of a service kit but you can get it from a variety of haldex parts websites. Jules
