Stutter

My 2010 FL2 93k miles has developed a stutter or a juddering when accelerating between 2100 and 3000 RPM, in 5th and 6th. No other symptoms.
Is this a fault with fuel supply, a turbo fault or something else? Anyone with ideas?

There's quite a lot of posts and info on the judder issue. Search should give you a good start 👍 FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues
2019 DS. Terribly unreliable.
Sold DS for a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Fingers crossed....
Sold Outlander for a 2014 SD4 SE Tech because I’m mental
Now greatly regret selling the Outlander. MPG of the FL2 is atrocious and so are the fuel bills. Fun though 😎
Couldn’t afford the fuel bills so back to an older Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Significantly better than I remembered it to be…

Yes there is but you’ll never cure it, been trying for eight years. Whatever you do it may fix it temporarily but it will soon return . Toyota next time , just can’t be doing with the aggravation the cars bring you .

Good luck with Toyota - I had a mid 90's Rav 4 and it was the most dangerously under-engineered POS that I have ever owned. FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green

There are a lot of diesel issues down under with "unbreakable" cars with owners left to rot & denial that there is extremely poor engine design. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

If it only does it in the wet it could be the infamous air filter drain valve.

Haldex been serviced? That's another one that can cause a judder as it's trying to figure out how much power to distribute to rear wheels
