injectors

After a top end rebuild all is working but I am getting a pool of diesel around the top of each injector when running. I have fitted new copper sealing washers. I cant see ware its coming from. If I dry it out and run the engine again after about 60 seconds it starts to build up again. The injector returns feed seem ok. I will get new copper washers from land rover and test again as the ones I had were from ebay. I would like to replace the O ring on the injector return feed union but am told they are not available.

Anybody had similar problems.

For sure there is no diesel to come out at the copper washers. At most soot and exhaust gases.

You have a problem at the o-rings from the return lines connectors, because in that place is about 10 bars pressure.
They are available...
Part numbers:
Bosch F 00V P01 003
Land Rover LR054612
