United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Baltic Blue

My Manual is averaging between 39.7 and 39.9 over the last 2600 miles plus since I last reset the trip and tank to tank fill corresponds pretty well. Not been re-mapped. Best in France touring was 47.7 average

34 ish is still pretty good as some appear very thirsty, my previous Auto was dire on fuel, mostly low 20's
I would say anything 30+ is pretty good. Mine is amazing and very pleased and runs a dream Jaguar x-type sport gone
Jaguar x-type 2.2d sport one of my best cars ever sadly gone

Yes, You will notice a drop in MPG over the winter months. My last 2 diesels dropped around 4mpg during the winter months. Big Cry

The longer the journey the less effect cold weather has on consumption, the initial warm up is where the fuel drop off is at its worse, if your commute is mainly m way and you can hold about 50 to 60mph but not above 70 on the speedo you should make the near 40MPG or even better. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
2012 HSE SD4 In Orkney Grey now gone, best car ever.

United Kingdom 2010 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Zermatt Silver

I do lots of very short journeys, car is hardly warm on return and fortnightly longer runs of 80 or so miles to visit relatives and overall get about 31 mpg from a 2010 SD4 HSE Auto.

I have a weekly commute coming up for a project from Portsmouth to Manchester, so I expect that to improve a bit.
