Throttle body - curiosity

Hi everyone, just out of curiosity, I post a picture of the throttle body that I dismantled from my 2010 Freelander 2 last week after a mileage of 64300 km of which half took place in the city for short journeys.
I usually use Q8 Hi Perform or equivalent diesel fuel (ENI Blu Diesel. Total excellium) and once a year I use additives to clean the injectors and the fuel system.
According to you, the incrustations due to the oil vapors, they are in the normality, in the sense that if I had used traditional diesel I would have had the same result? Just for information, this is the first time since I bought it that I have dismantled the throttle body.
I cleaned the body with a carburetor cleaner; fouling came off very easily with a few sprays.
Unfortunately I didn't take a photo after cleaning.
