B Pillar Trim Removal

Hi All, Still loving my Freely.

A quick question, does anyone have a suggestion on how to removed the B pillar exterior trim (these are the two trim plates fitted to both the rear of the front door and the front of the rear door and are coloured black). I'm trying to remove the one fitted to the rear door and have found just one screw which also clamps the outer window seal. Undoing this doesn't seem to free it off in any way unless it is glued on?
