Italy 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Manual Narvik Black
Leakage of diesel

Greetings to the whole community.
Does anyone in the community know what the black cylinder with three slits in the head is for, which you see in the center of the first photo?
This morning I noticed that from there it comes out of diesel. What can I do to eliminate that diesel leak?
The vehicle is a Freelander 2 TD4 registered in 2008.
