you should try Gloucester services a bit further down, underground Eco garage shop and services, no fast food as its actually a posh farm shop..... in fact they are the poshest and cleanest services ive ever seen Laughing

Big up for Gloucester Services, our favourite place to feed and water when venturing up country.

It’s the Waitrose of Service Areas Rolling with laughter Regards

Rheged now on for me if heading North, down the A66 just off M6, good fuel and services.
Cannae mind who recommended it but thank you again Thumbs Up If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

Gave it a wash as I'm up to Scotland on saturday taking my daughter to stay at a friends for a week and I'm straight back down, with rain forcast tomorrow thought i'd best clean the hippo and my "disklok" arrived so i've fitted that and will sleep a little easier knowing the big yellow lock is at the least putting opportunist thieves off

Went to Esclat supermercado, Palafrugell on the Costa Brava. Bought 36 bottles of Vino Rosado, 24 bottles of Vichy Catalan water, and a litre of Scotch for 8euro, all in readiness for the journey home for our English summer holiday on Saturday. Don't care what the weather's like as long as it's below 25c for a change.

Ordered a set of these today which are perfect for what I’m planning and my colour scheme👍
Now the question is smoked or clear repeaters?🤔

What about the ' dynamic sweep repeater' type Stu? If it wasn't so bad it'd be funny.

After “poo pooing”💩 them I’m now reconsidering 🤔🙈
They’re reasonably subtle not like Lexus oh i mean Toyota, and Audi🙄
“Disclaimer”.....I’m on my 3rd Cosmopolitan 🍸🍸🍸 so reserve right to revert to 💩💩💩 in the morning as I walk away from “Buy Now” key🙈 MY15

I bought a pair of the sweeping side repeaters after seeing the link in here, received from China in a few weeks and they look exactly like the locally bought versions, but obviously much cheaper......embarrassed to say I still have them in the box Embarassed we’ll only had them 6 weeks Laughing Regards

United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Santorini Black

Today was fluid flush day!

Firstly, I changed the rear diff oil. Out came a darkened, almost black oil and in went fresh Castrol oil. I used a syringe and lamb feeder (a tube that goes on the end of a syringe, both bought from the local vets) and it worked a treat. Less oil came out than what went in Confused

The second job was to flush out the power steering fluid again. I did it after buying the car (around 2,000 miles ago) and the second lot was still very dark. I’ll leave it another month and I’ll do it again.

I’ve also been researching tow bars, but fitting one of those will have to wait another day!
