Screaling speakers when lights are on ?

When I start the engine with the lights and radio on I get a low volumed sreel through the speakers. Has anybody heard of this before ?

I think I may have bought landrovers finest friday afternoon motor yet, I have a ritual going where I visit the dealers every other friday. Twisted Evil

Next time il have a Toyota. Idea

Check you dont't have the radio set in Aux mode. Sometimes I forget to switch to FM after I have had my Sat Nav running throughthe Aux input on the radio and have heard the interference noise you mention. Freelander 2 TD4 GS Auto with Winter Pack, Stornaway Grey, Ebony, Grey Mirror Caps. Hi all, more of a hi pitched/muffled light noise but only when I start the engine.

I know the noise you mean when you turn the engine off and take out the key something keeps buzzing. Something to do with the pump I woulda thought.

The interference ive been experiencing is due to the tints. I sat in 5 at the dealers with and without tints. Each tinted one did the same inc a RR, the non tints were fine. Thumbs Up

Poor ol FL2 as I had a moan about it... Wink
