Our 2011 Jap Import

Had our Freelander 2 for 4 weeks now and very much enjoying the drive. Although we didn't want a black car, the deal n this Santorini Black one was too good to let that put us off.

Had all the normal issues with regards to the radio, at this stage we have decided to just use the aux input for the music and I have ordered a new 7" screen for the reversing camera and to take the place of the Japanese Sat Nav.

So far we have added a tow bar and today we got a second key programmed. I've put the details in the Aus /NZ section if anyone is interested.

Really appreciate all the info that is on this forum, thanks to everyone who has contributed. Don't think we'd get half the pleasure out of it without all the tips we have picked up on here.

Hi, did the Japan import come with the bonnet mounted mirror ?

The one at the front you mean? No it didn't, has a camera in the off side mirror though
