Yorks Posts: 13293      | I once stayed in Rothay Garden hotel,  Grasmere,  we could use the pool at a place in Langdale  the short route  via red Bank  was impressive on a terrible rainy day.  not a well travelled route I doubt  but  a new view of the lakes for me.
