Door locks not working

Hey guys. First off my apologies as I imagine there are topics regarding this but I want to be sure on my fl2 model.

Three of my doors have stopped unlocking via remote from the outside.. I know..
Drivers side, passenger side and rear passenger side.

I've been quoted to have all replaced, but at a whopping 550. Garage are only able to get genuine parts which is always a nightmare cost wise.

After a little searching I've found that you can buy aftermarket replacements for a fraction of the cost. However I'm a little unsure on if they are the correct parts and will fit. If a product code is know that would be amazing. Any help in this area would be massively appreciated.

I have a 2010 XSnav pre face-lift.

Did they all stop working, suddenly, at the same time, or is this an accumulation of door lock faults that have happened over a period of time? FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 84k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)

Try a hard re-set.

Search the forum re what that means / entails as its common enough for a whole host of minor niggles. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

They have started to go periodically over the last few months. Drivers side does still work but only if I hold the unlock button down for a couple of seconds.

I take it that the internal handles, and the dashboard control switch, also do not work?
Also opening the drivers door from inside handle does not effect other doors?

Other Key fob features work? FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)

No the console switch does nothing. The little lock pulley has to be pulled out in order to open the doors from inside. Apart from drivers which at the moment is working however I think it's going to go like the rest soon.

Part numbers are: LR091360 = right rear: LR091524 = right front: LR071636 = left front: LR091361 = left rear:

Searching on any of those part numbers should find pattern part equivalents.

As suggested, try Dan at Duckworths for genuine parts or MJ Fews* (also genuine parts) has all four for under £100 each delivered via their auction site shop.


*Land Rover dealer in Gloucestershire.
