Some of you may have noted I got hold of a Fergiie recently (not that royal slapper) anyways I was happy with the price but its had bodgit and legit as a owner so I have got to unpick quite a lot.

First bit of help you guys and gals may be able to help with is that the ammeter is not working, well it wouldn't as somebody decided to remove the wires. Tried to wire it up as per the TED20 wiring diagram and failed, checked and found a differing option and failed.

Continuity test works and a 9 volt bell battery moves it just a tad. What I don't know is should it have swung much more. Any ideas / thought ?

Can buy a new one still for these but I am already seeing a parts list much longer than my arm so not in a hurry to add to it.
