M J Fews have a 10 plate GS on at £9,550. Good guys who still hold LR service but no longer LR dealers more's the pity. There is probably a little wriggle room on the price which wouldn't take it too far above your budget. Based at Charfield which is just north east of Bristol.

There's a 57 plate 72k miles 2.2 TD4HSE at £7988 in Mitcham (ZT Trading) and a 2010 74k miles TD4 GS at £7995 at Hackney Car Centre.
In fact, just had another look at the AA site and there's perhaps half-dozen on there which at least fit your criteria for budget

I'm selling a 2010 GS TD4.e, it's only got 34,500 miles on the clock, part history but plenty done to it to compensate. Its on gumtree
