I am not a builder by trade but done plenty of jobs with sealer and you get what you pay for so do not go too cheap. It needs to be a builders exterior quality as its not for sanitary sealing use. If used say to seal something on a car like the high level brake light on these it needs to be acid free to not damage paint finishes.

As a civil engineering contractor, I can confirm that anything "SIKA" is the top professional quality, especially to do with concrete. Their sealants are used on bridges, sewage works, airport runways, factory floors, etc. Should be ok for a Freelander. |

Sikaflex 227 for the garage, Sikaflex 527 for the car: both paintable. |
