France 2012 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Auto Santorini Black
Reduced power mode

I have a 2012 2.2 GS and it has gone on to reduced power - won't rev above 2500 and a friends OBD shows error code 2263 - turbo issue.
Has anyone experienced this problem and how did you resolve it please.
I live in the south west of france and LR mechanics are few and far between
