Is there any LR model with independant front suspension and a rigid rear axel? like a pickup...

United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Orkney Grey

Not that I know of. Defenders, Range Rover, P38, discovery 1 and 2 were beam axle, later discovery and Range Rover went full independant.
