The 2007 FL2 handbook page 151 under the heading ESSENTIAL TOWING CHECKS states "increse rear tyre pressures of the towing vehicle to those of maximum vehicle load conditions. See WEIGHTS (page 212)

In the 2008 FL2 handbook on page 156 it says the same and to see TYRE CARE on page 183.

This should alsoapply if you are heavy loaded but hasanyone an ideea of how much the tyre pressure should be increased.
A couple of days ago, just after 3 month after I bought my FL2 (I know I am supposedd to check every month) I checked the tyre pressure. Front whells 2.1 (instead of 2.2) and rear 2.3 (instead of 2.2).
Might be a dealer glitch but I asked before I took delivery and was assured that pressure was in order. FREELANDER 2 TD4 SE (XS UK) IZMIR BLUE SIDE STEPS COLD PACK BI-XENON TINTED WINDOWS - AND PROUD OF HER

I emailed the Caravan Club about tyre pressures when towing with a FL2. I also asked them what tyre pressures they put in them when they tested the FL2.

There can be quite wide variations between models, with some manufacturers giving quite high pressure increases and some saying that no increase is needed. In the absence of any information from manufacturer or dealer we can really only give rule of thumb advice, which is to increase the pressure in the rear tyres only by 4 to 6 psi.

According to the information provided by Landrover for the Freelander 2 in the 2008 Towcar of the Year competition the tyre pressures for towing for both front and rear tyres should be 2.2 bar (32psi). If you would like to confirm this Landrover’s telephone number is 0870 5000500.

Same pessure all 4 tyres all loads for FL2. Same for Kia Sportage. Unlike Citroen C5 which needed radical changes from normal to fully laden (towing).
Much more convenient not having to aadjust!
I did read something on LR about pressure adjustment with ambient temperature, though.....
