Does anyone know of a company that makes one or should I work on it myself?

I was curious about this too.

Has anybody tried adding a K&N air filter yet?

Is K&N making filters for the Fl2 yet? The last time I contacted K&N they said that that they had no plans to make one. Very Happy

There's this
3w.globalautoshop.com/accessories/automotive/landrover_index.htm

I do not think it is true Cold Air as it looks like it is just getting the source from inside the engine bay...
True cold air intakes, should get it from the side vents....

But it gives you that sucking sound...
that I love. plus it might bypass the O2 sensor..which gives engine error. Armchair Commando

Doesn't our beloved TD4 have an intercooler? and if that is the case then cold intake cold air intake is less of an issue.

TD4 air intake is behind the left side headlamp unit. Stornoway Grey GS ... What a fine motor Smile ... but not any more ... Big Cry ... psst look at my gallery!

no doubting you, as the K&N emailed you

The filter number is for the 3.2 petrol not the diesel

Might be the same filter, whats would the difference be, if any, between petrol and diesel filters Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
