Alright this is what my 2007 Freelander TD4 looks like!Add your thoughts good or bad all comments welcome tell me what you think i will not be offended.This is all for my satisfaction..Photo 1 ..on here i have removed the Freelander 2 and replaced this with new Land rover lettering and LR2 instead of freelander 2.I think it looks less cluttered at the back now,also i have added the stainless tread plate.twin exhaust back box (The one off the petrol Freelander) spoiler, clear brake light and have done the handle in black which is an ongoing project as i intend to fill in the lettering on the handle smooth it down and repaint gloss black.Photo 2..On this one i have done the side vents gloss black and fitted clear indicators along with side steps and wind deflectors on all side windows,and 18inch Range Rover Evoque wheels.Photo 3.. i have changed the lettering on the front from the grey Land rover to gloss black and altered the spacing,i am also going to spray the centre grill gloss black and maybe have the wheels done in gloss black also.

Grill must match the other black parts so go for it.
I whould lose the LR2 badge on the back, the "Landrover" is enough.
Other than that looks good.

change the green oval Land Rover badges all round to black one (thread somewhere about the gel overlays and only costs £17!)
and as has been mentioned already lose the LR2 or at least straighten the 2

other than matey looks good and your plans should make it look even better, just be wary of not going too far

Yes i think i will lose the LR2 just didnt like the freelander 2 badge.Also will go for the black oval badges.Thanks

the 'C' pillar and door frame need painting black and the 'D' pillars need painting white ...... that will please two members of this forum

Ditch the old style boot handle and go later full chrome type.

Unless you are disabled I think side steps add nothing to the cars in general and would boot them out. Otherwise good effort but know were to stop as sometime less is more.

yes was thinking about doing the later type handle,yes the side steps are for purpose and not for show.
10 year service?? Is that the service that includes timing belt/waterpump?Yes that has been done in March along with new brake fluid discs and pads back and front and complete hand brake overhaul and air con re-gas.The Free Lander gets serviced twice a year a main service where all filters and oil gets changed and then a second service where the oil/air filter and oil gets changed.I like to keep on top of it mechanically

Personally not keen on both LR rear letterings.

As said, black oval badges & rear chrome strip.
I'd also do the facelift front bumper & grill, but if not, do the existing grill in black.

Plus add some 'ugly kid glass'.

Keep on modding.  FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip,
Bluetooth Music Streaming Module.

I am much in agreement with ronp. The rear lettering would have been improved if you had kept correct spacing between words "LAND ROVER". All in all, a great effort. You also need the clear lens rear lights to match your clear brake light.

the LAND ROVER letter looks stupid and you should have held the '2' in place for longer as it looks to have slipped down

but as will these things, each to their own and i'm sure the next owner will remove them  Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Thanks for the comments and suggestions guys the LR2 has now gone as for the LANDROVER at the back it stays because it is different and i like being different! It looks fine to me now the LR2 has gone.

Boot handle look better body coloured, look less stuck on look and cheaper than replacing it with new style. I did mine black on my black car.
