Hi all,

Does anyone have a phone number (that they answer) or an email address (that they respond to) for these guys?

Currently having a less than satisfactory experience with them - which would be much better if they communicated!

I had a similar issue to you JHW.
Horrible, horrible people to deal with !

Hope you get sorted.  FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip,
Bluetooth Music Streaming Module.

Still no joy getting a response from these jokers. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails and yet are happy to take an on-line order and your money and then not ship anything!

I'm giving them 48 hours and then it's formal action time...

What an utter waste of space. Reading other forums seems like this is their normal service - AVOID

Just be aware that if you're after your money back, don't ask for 'a credit' as they'll want to give you a credit note that you can deduct from future purchases [as if you would ].
You must ask for 'a refund' or 'your money back'.
