Freel 2 Driver side front window glass loose in the sliders

Hi all it's been a while.
My Freel 2 driver window glass seems to rock from side to side as you operate the electrical up/down switch and if you grab a hold of it you can rock it around quite a lot from back to front, i am guessing it is the runners or something like that, that needs adjusting have any of you guys ever dabbled with windows, i haven't taken the door card off yet so i don't know what i am faced with.
Appreciate a heads up on this.

England 2010 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Galway Green

There are 2 plastic clips that have a part that clips into a hole in the glass.
Yours has either come out of the clip or your clip is broken. FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green
Evoque SD4 Auto Blue.
FL1 HSE TD4 Manual Black - Gone.
RR Classic V8 EFI - Gone
