Just purchased and fitted a centre armrerst/console in black leather for my 2013 (GS) Manual.
Thought I would post details for anybody else considering doing the same.
An easy fit with 4 screws, each pilot drilled by me with a 3.5mm drill to take the provided self tappers.
In all it only took about ten minutes to fit.
Top opens to give access to cubby hole, and the top slides backwards and forwards to adjust to comfy gearchange position.
I'm really pleased with it... having spent 11 years in a Disco 2 this suddenly feels really familiar (but in a good way!).

I do prefer this type of armrest rather than the skinny ones that are fitted (like mine) to the seat. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

You can still fit these even with the fold down factory armrests.
I fitted the cubby box type to my 2010 FL2 HSE that had factory armrests, but that was mainly due to lack of quick storage space in the older models. My 2013 HSE has better storage so will stick with the factory ones.

Its matching the seat colour RobB, mine has the tan leather seats. It may look a bit oddball if its not the same colour and I wouldn't go down the route of having one re trimmed just for the sake of it. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

Do they do that armrest in the tan colour ? or can you mail them and ask them to trim it from factory depending on costs ?

they do the old style armrest in black or tan so may be able to accommodate.

I've never seen them in tan only black or beige. I did have the centre console armrest on my previous FL2 to which I just find them more user friendly. I just think it should of been a standard fit on the Land Rover not a optional extra. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

couldn't agree with you more there, when your paying 25k+ new or 15-20k for a used 2013> model you would think that something as simple as an armrest would be standard.

But then like my Evoque ive just swapped out of back to a FL2, it was the PURE model (bottom spec) leather, cruise, etc etc but no satnav, or even auto lights/wipers or front fogs for 30k new........
