I've been hooked for years, matter of fact, I'm planning on brewing tomorrow. All grain is the way to go for greater control ability.

I do both beer and wine. I don't bother with the cheaper wine kits as SWMBO won't entertain them they are not full bodied enough. I will do AG or kits for beer depending on what time I have. I do prefer AG though. |
