Are these the sunroof version? If so I will have them.

It's the roof rails that come in two versions, although both will fit, it's nothing to do with height they are both the same the sunroof version simply has a tiny aerofoil to reduce wind noise.
These are cross bars that fit onto the rails and yes they will be suitable.
