info wiped

twice now the trip mileage, average speed, fuel consumption etc go back to zero.
any idea why? Common sense isn't very common.

If you press the button to reset any of those, it resets them all. Perhaps you are doing input unwittingly? Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

This was a known fault on earlier models, it needs a software update.

Mine did this all the time pre extra earth strap and new battery not had it since.

As above, or loose connection on the battery earth lead - either end.

Thanks guys, did put a new battery on when I first got the car one month ago, will check the connections. Common sense isn't very common.
